Terms and Conditions of Sale

This translation is provided for convenience. Only the French version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms govern every order placed on woodstock-craft.ch with Woodstock Craft, rue du village 8b, 1273 Arzier, Switzerland (boutique@woodstock-craft.ch).

2. Products: unique handcrafted pieces

Every item is a one-of-a-kind piece, handmade in Switzerland. The piece shown in the photos is the piece you receive. Natural variations in colour, grain and texture are part of the product and are not defects. Wood is a living material that evolves over time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is made by TWINT, by Swiss QR invoice or by card via SumUp. Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery by Swiss Post with tracking. Delivery times vary and are indicative only, as each piece is checked and prepared by hand. No delivery date is guaranteed; delays give no right to compensation or cancellation.

5. Final sales: no returns, no exchanges

As these are unique handcrafted pieces, all sales are final: items are not taken back, exchanged or refunded. Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

6. Warranty for defects

The above clause does not limit the statutory warranty for defects (art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations). Please inspect your piece upon receipt and report any defect without delay to boutique@woodstock-craft.ch, with photos. Confirmed defects are repaired, replaced by a piece agreed between the parties, or refunded.

7. Liability and care

Boards are intended for normal domestic use. The instructions on the "Board care" page form part of the conditions of use; damage caused by ignoring them (dishwasher, soaking, heat sources) is excluded from the warranty.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law exclusively. Place of jurisdiction: the seller's registered address, canton of Vaud, subject to mandatory venues.
