The workshop

Local solid wood, a flame, some resin. No industrial series, no copies.

The charred finish

Inspired by Japanese yakisugi: the surface is flame-charred, brushed, then oiled. Deep black, marked relief, and a board that remains food-safe.

The epoxy river

A pour of tinted resin follows the natural grain and cracks of the wood. The wood decides the path: the workshop only follows it.
