2. Access

The site can be used without creating an account. The publisher strives to keep the site available but does not guarantee it; the site may be suspended at any time for maintenance or updates.

3. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, photographs of the pieces, logo, visual identity, original music) is protected. Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited. The technical development of the site is the work of D.G.E. Concept Sàrl.

4. Music

Background music is optional and only plays when started by the user via the dedicated button.

5. Accuracy of information

As the pieces are handcrafted and individually photographed, the publisher takes care to ensure accurate descriptions but does not guarantee the absence of errors. In case of an obvious pricing or description error, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded.

6. Governing law

Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site falls under the courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to mandatory venues.
