Data processed

When ordering: first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address, order content. Purposes: order fulfilment, invoicing, delivery, tracking and order-related e-mails. No account creation, no newsletter, no marketing.

Retention

Order data and invoices are kept in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations (10 years, art. 958f CO), then deleted.

Disclosure

Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties, except as required for delivery (Swiss Post), hosting (KreativMedia GmbH, Switzerland) and, for card payments, the payment provider SumUp.

Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies: the session cookie (cart, checkout) and the local storage of the information banner dismissal. No advertising cookies, no trackers, no analytics.

Fonts

Display fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; on that occasion your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers.
